If you have being on third mainland bridge in the last 2-3 months, you would have noticed this huge 3 faced electronic billboard which was to be one of its kind. Unfortunately, it collasped this afternoon, no report of casualties for now.
Another case of inferior materials used for construction? Or a poorly planned construction?
