A 21 year old man was said to have exhumed and raped the corpse of a woman who was newly buried and raped her several times. He was caught by cemetery attendants. According to reports, police in Monchegorsk, said the man opened the coffin of the deceased and started his ill-sexual escapade.

Its a crime in Russia, because a criminal case has been opened under an article of the Russian criminal code on desecration of the dead and their burial places. The Maximum punishment under the law is 3 months in prison or a fine of about £400.
The 21 year old is believed to come from the Arkhangeisk region and he has been identified.
