Her name is Julia Gnuse, born in 1959, she is also known as the illustrated lady. She had a skin condition called porphyria, a condition which results in sunlight results in blistering of the skin. As the blisters often result in scarring, she started using the tattoos to cover up the scars.

Almost her whole body is covered with tattoos. She currently resides in California. She hold a Guinness Record for being the woman with the most tattoos in the world.
