Caitlyn Jenner stepped out on Monday and flashed a smile. She stopped by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center earlier in the day before she made an appearance in NYC wearing a black dress and heels.
Since her surgery she hasn't been hanging out a lot. Her docuseries ''I am Cait'' premieres in August.
