The Lagos Division of the Appeals Court has just delivered its ruling in the case of conspiracy to commit murder brought before it by the State against Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, concerning the killing of Kudirat Abiola.
The Court in its ruling discharged and acquitted Al-Mustapha of the charges.
Major Hamza Al-Mustapha was the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to the Head of State General Sani Abacha.
