I believe by now you have all heard about 'My Oga at the Top' which was an obvious goff by Mr. Obafaiye Shem, Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) who did not know his company website and his interview with ChannelsTV highlighted that fact.
