Creditors repossess 4 aircrafts leased to Air Nigeria
It seems there are darker days ahead for Jimoh Ibrahim, the chairman of Air Nigeria. General Electric Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS) who leased 4 aircrafts to Air Nigeria has repossessed the planes due to non-payments of accumulated monthly rentals. The aircrafts are registered as 5N-VNC, 5N-VNJ, 5N-VND and 5N-VNE.
Jimo Ibrahim is looking at sacking 85% of Air Nigeria's work force as an option against closing down the company.
