Donna Summer has died at the age of 63 after a
battle with cancer.
The disco legend and five-time Grammy
winner who rose to fame in the 1970s with hits such as, 'Bad Girls', 'Hot
Stuff', 'Love To Love You' and 'Last Dance’, passed away
today [May 17] in Florida.
Sources have told TMZ that the iconic
singer had been suffering with cancer for some time, but wanted to keep the news
under wraps.
The website claimed to have spoken to a
source close to the singer a few weeks ago and they said she "didn't seem
too bad". She was in fact, trying to complete an album she had been
working on.
Donna was married to Brooklyn Dreams singer
Bruce Sudano for 22 years and they had two daughters
together.
