Mr Orhii in a statement by the Director of Special Duties, Abubakar Jimoh, denied being arrested by the EFCC, saying he went there on his own. He explained that a former Director of Finance and Accounts of NAFDAC, Mr Demola Mogbojuri, had initiated a corruption against him and he said the claims were '' unsubstantiated, mindless and spurious.''
Mr. Orhii said there was nothing unusual about him visiting the EFCC.
He was granted bail, but he is expected to re-appear before the EFCC.
