NNPC, EFCC, DSS, Partner To End Hoarding Of Petrol

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has engaged the Department of State Services (DSS) and Economic and the Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in a renewed effort to arrest hoarding and diversion of petroleum products by some marketers.

EFCC to probe ex-ministers and aides

The Punch reports that, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has disclosed plans to probe the former President, Goodluck Jonathan with investigation into the financial transactions of his Ministers and aides. 

Ibrahim Lamorde, EFCC chairman , has already directed that all petitions against former public officers at the federal level should be forwarded to him and acted upon. The source states that former ministers, special advisers and others will be invited in a few weeks from now.
