Bobbi Kristina Brown was drugged with a ''toxic cocktail'' and then drowned in the tub of cold water by her boyfriend Nick Gordon, the conservator of Brown's estate claims in a lawsuit.
Bobbi was found unresponsive in a bath tub on the 31st of January in Georgia and she died on the 26th of July, 2015. Gordon's legal team Joe and Jose Baez, called the lawsuit ''slanderous and meritless. ''
'' Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and its shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly, '' his lawyers said in a statement.
'' Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most. ''
The suit seeks damages of at least $10 million. It claims Gordon beat Bobbi days before her death in front of witnesses, hitting her face so hard that her tooth was knocked out and blood was on the floor. ''
The lawsuit states
''The defendant then demanded that she go upstairs,'' the lawsuit reads. Bobbi began crawling on the floor because she could not stand up due to the injuries the Defendant inflicted on her.
On the 31st of January '' Nick came home from an all night '' cocaine and drinking binge. He reviewed surveillance camera footage listened to Bobbi's conversations, which led to an argument that began in the kitchen, moved to the living room and ended upstairs in the master bedroom. The argument lasted for about 30 minutes according to the suit.
'' The defendant dragged her upstairs by her hair and threw her in the master bedroom, leaving blood on the walls of the staircase. He stated to a person '' I don't do this often, indicating this wasn't the first time the Defendant beat her. ''
'' It says ''Upon information and belief, Defendant gave Bobbi Kristina a ''toxic cocktail'' rendering her conscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage, the lawsuit reads. He then got in bed with a female guest.
'' After 15 minutes, someone in the home went to check on Bobbi Kristina and found her face down in the bath tub, unresponsive and unconscious, her mouth swollen and a tooth hanging loosely from her mouth...the suit says.
'' When the defendant came into the master bedroom, the very first thing Defendant did was let the cold water out of the tub and later shouted, clean up, clean up. Others began mouth to mouth resusitation all to no avail. Defendant then began to slap her saying wake up and also starting performing CPR between slaps.
An initial autopsy showed no significant injuries or medical conditions that could have caused Bobbi's death.
