A crew member of Arik airline has been arrested in London for possessing substance suspected to be cocaine. The crew member who is a male, was arrested at the Heathrow airport by the United Kingdom Border Force.

The airline is said to be investigating to determine how he got the substance. Sources say he was caught with substances suspected to be cocaine weighing about 2.76 kilogramme.
Arik spokesman, Mr. Ola Adebanji, said that Arik will also cooperate with the UK authorities and other appropriate agencies to help with their investigations.
