Yakubu Adesokan wins Nigeria's first Gold medal in London Paralympics

Yakubu Adesokan
Nigeria's powerlifter, 33 years old Yakubu Adesokan today at the ExCel Center, London broke his own record twice to win the Gold Medal at the on-going paralympic games in the men's 48kg-class.

He lifted a weight of 180kg.

    Shame to our able-bodied olympians. What they couldn't achieve in London 2012 is what our physically-challenged patriots are achieving. Congratulations to Adesokan
