Breivik - the Norwegian mass murderer jailed for 21 years
The Norwegian mass murderer, Andres Breivik has been declared sane and sentenced to 21 years in prison.
Last year, in July, he committed acts of mass murder, shooting and bombing which left 77 people dead in the worst peace time tragedy recorded by Norway.
During his trial, his defence counsel presented him as an insane person and unable to grasp the magnitude of the crimes he committed. Clinical tests were conducted and the doctors certified him sane, making him fully responsible for the acts of premeditated murders and fit to stand trial.
He has said he would not appeal the ruling.

21 years only?!!!
ReplyDeleteI dont know how these western oyinbo countries think. The magnitude of this offense should attract death by hanging or better still, beheading! 21 years imprisonment is too mild!!!!
