Whitney may have died from a combination of alcohol and prescribed drugs (Xanax inclusive) TMZ reports. According the the L.A county coroner officials who informed Whitney's family of this development, there was not enough water in her lungs to suggest drowning (she was found submerged in the bath tub). Whitney probably died before her head was submerged in the water.
