These duo have finally tied the knot...traditionally! Elikem Kumordzi former Ghanian 2013 BBA star wedded his BBA housemate Pokello Nare who is from Zimbabwe. They met in the Big Brother house in 2013- The Chase. They wedded in a private traditional marriage on Saturday in Harare. According to sources, he paid $25,000 as bride price.

According to Peacefmonline.com, in an exclusive interview, Elikem said ''I paid a lot of money and before you pay such money for a lady's hand in marriage you have to be sure she's the one. Otherwise you you will be a silly young man throwing a lot of money away. So it feels good to marry the right woman. It feels amazing. No mistakes or regrets whatsoever.''
He mentioned the price just to set the record straight because people are already giving wrong figures. Elikem also said '' I didn't want to make this kind of information public but but people are getting wrong figures so i want to correct it. The lobola (bride price for a traditonal marriage in Zimbabwe) was $25,000. A deposit of $20,000 was paid on Saturday and the balance of $5,000 is to be paid during the white wedding.''
The BBA stars, Elikem Kumordzie and Pokello Nare met on reality TV show, Big Brother Africa Season 8 ‘The Chase’ held in South Africa in 2013, dated on and off before tying the knot, despite the most recent scandal of Elikem having an affair with a married woman.
