The ministers on the second list will come from :
Abia, Kogi, Yobe, Ondo, Enugu, Imo, Borno, Bayelsa, Cross River, Zamfara, Nasarawa, Bauchi, Osun, Kaduna, Lagos, Adamawa and Sokoto states. Sources say the jostle for the slots has become intense.
