Banks to stop charging N100 for ATM inter-bank withdrawals

The Banker’s Committee on Tuesday in Abuja unanimously agreed to stop interbank ATM charge of N100.Briefing journalists at the end of the committee’s meeting in Abuja, the Managing Director of First Bank, Bisi Onasanya, said the decision was in line with “popular trends” in other parts of the world.

“Presently when you use the ATM of a bank other than your bank, there is a charge of N100 which is borne by the account holder. “We have decided that we will work out the modality and ensure that with immediate effect we would pass on this cost to the respective banks which bear the cost of providing services. “No matter where you are withdrawing your money from, you will not be subjected to any charge for using the ATM. According to him, the new policy does not cover withdrawals inside the banking hall when the ATMs are off. “But for transaction on what we call “not on us”, when you are an FBN customer and you use the ATM of a GTB bank, it is free and it will no longer bear any cost'

This will become effective soon and  will be communicated once conditions are agreed and signed by all banks.

Urine -powered generator developed by teenagers

in the spirit of innovation, these young girls aged 15 and under have created a urine-powered generator!Duro-Aina Adebola (14), Akindele Abiola (14), Faleke Oluwatoyin (14) and Bello Eniola (15) Cool stuff yea...?

This is how it works....

1. Urine is put into an electrolytic cell, which separates out the hydrogen.

2. The hydrogen goes into a water filter for purification, which then gets pushed into the gas cylinder.

3. The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax, which is used to remove the    moisture from the hydrogen gas.

4. This purified hydrogen gas is pushed into the generator.

What are you waiting for? Go ahead, drink alot of water and get pissing...LOL!

Man sues wife for being ugly before marriage

Feng's wife before and after surgery photos
Jian Feng from northern China divorced and sued his wife earlier this year for being ugly.
Trouble started when his wife had a baby and Feng said he was appalled by the child’s appearance, calling her “incredibly ugly” and saying she resembled neither one of her parents.
Feng initially accused his wife of cheating on him with another man, having no other option, the wife confessed to undergoing plastic surgery before she met and married him. She had spent  about $100,000 on intense plastic surgeries to drastically change her appearance before she met Feng and never told him before they got married.
When Feng found out about the surgeries, he filed the lawsuit saying he married her under false pretenses. A judge agreed and awarded Feng the sum of $120,000.
If you only found out about your wife's surgery after you married her, what will you do?

    Referee called Mikel a monkey

It has emerged that two Chelsea players claim they heard Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg call teammate Mikel Obi a ‘monkey’.
They claim it happened during the Chelsea and Manchester United match on Sunday but Clattenburg  categorically denies making any racist comments.
Clattenburg has been accused of saying to Mikel, ‘Shut up you monkey’ as he booked him and also called Juan Mata a ‘Spanish t***’ at Stamford Bridge. But a source close to the referee told The Sun, “He said nothing of the sort – and he will fight this all the way.
“There is a lot of noise on the pitch and the players could have easily misheard.”
